| Focus on your goals and learn to let the rest go. From the moment we open our eyes in the morning, we are solicited in a multitude of ways. From your dependents, you Instagram feeds, the news, your partner, the emails from work., the morning commute… By aligning your energy, thoughts and actions toward your goals, you will free up some time by prioritising what really matters. You will work towards your own destiny, not manifest someone’s else Tips: Use your morning to plan your day – Have time to sit and reflect on what is important for you today, get ready, eat a healthy breakfast.If needed, wake up a little earlier than usually. What are the 2-3 things that you would like to complete today? – Which tasks will take you one step ahead. Don’t forgot to book some self-care. You will rise when your mind is sharp and rested. Celebrate the wins – when you accomplish your goals add a big tick to the box!
