Movement and well-being feel different for everyone. You choose what works for you: a walk in your neighbourhood, meditation, going to the gym, an online fitness class, yoga, football, swimming, hiking, basketball.

Track your activity in your Planner. If you fall, start again the next day; you will slowly install a self-care routine and feel good.

Self-care can also include a healthy lunch, a long bath with no phone, journaling, breathing techniques or reading a book. Every month we will suggest a routine to optimise your energy and well-being.

A regular self-care practice frees the mind and builds an Executive Mindset. It brings the confidence and strength to attract and ask for the best.
